Q:  How long will it take to get my stuff?

A:  All of our products are delivered within 3-5 business days. We ship via either DHL or UPS so you can track your package as soon as it leaves the building!

Q:   Is there a return policy for my device?

A: We offer a 7-day Return Policy on all of our devices. Your device MUST come back the same way it was given to you. If there is any physical damage to the device, we will be forced to deny the return. Don't think you're out of luck though! If you're cool about it, we will be too and there will be a discount on your next device.

Q:   The Internet on my phone seems slow when I am not connected to WIFI. What's up? 

A:  Unfortunately, ALL cellphone carriers in the USA want you to buy phones from them, and ONLY them. In order to force you to pay more, they have restricted the internet to only work at FULL speed when you have one of their phones. You can still use the Internet for email, web browsing, and music streaming but more intense internet usage such as video streaming and large downloads may struggle. Q:   Do you have any different cases (colors, styles, etc.) for my device?

A:   Since our phones are not sold by the major companies in the country there aren't any specific cases for them. However, most of our phones are extremely similar to other phones on the market and can use cases from those phones. For example, our Blackview Ultra is very similar in size and shape to the Iphone 6 and will fit in many of the Iphone cases perfectly. Other customers have used Vinyl stickers and other customization ideas for their personalized touch. A quick trip to the Mall in your area should help you find something that makes your phone POP! 

Q:  Do I need to sign a contract to get these low, low prices?

A:   Never.
